01The Programs

1.1 Power Underwriter Agent Texts

Each Power Underwriter seat can include an AI assistant (the “Agent”) with its own phone number. When you turn agent texting on, your Agent texts you about your own work in Power Underwriter: updates on your loan files, documents received, conditions, finished reports, reminders and tasks you asked for, and answers to questions you text it. You can text your Agent back, and it replies in the same thread. Your Agent texts only your verified mobile number, and it only accepts texts from that number.

1.2 Power Underwriter Notifications

Separately, Power Underwriter can send one-time verification codes and the account notifications you turn on in your settings, from a shared Power Underwriter number.

Neither program sends marketing or promotional messages.

02How You Opt In

Texting is always your choice, and it is not a condition of any purchase.

• Verify your mobile number. In Power Underwriter, go to Settings → Account → Verification, enter your mobile number, and confirm the one-time code we text you. That code text is the only message sent before you opt in, and you asked for it.
• Turn on agent texts. On Settings → Agent, select Get a Number, or turn on Text me under Settings → Agent → Permissions. The consent disclosure is shown next to the button and the switch, with links to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
• Confirmation. Your Agent's first text confirms the opt-in: “Hi Jordan, it's Avery, your Power Underwriter agent. This is my number — save it. I'll text you here about your files. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”

03Message Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies with how you use Power Underwriter and what you ask your Agent to do. Message and data rates may apply; check your mobile plan. Power Underwriter does not charge you per text.

04How to Opt Out, Get Help, or Opt Back In

• STOP — reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL) to any message. We send one text confirming the opt-out and nothing after it. You can also turn Text me off in Settings → Agent → Permissions, or turn text notifications off in your notification settings.
• HELP — reply HELP (or INFO) to any message for help, or email help@powerunderwriter.com.
• START — reply START (or UNSTOP) to the same number to opt back in. A STOP stays in force until you send START; nothing in the application turns it back on for you.

05Privacy

We use your mobile number and your opt-in and opt-out records only to send the messages you opted in to, to honor your choices, and for security, support, and record-keeping. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages. See our Privacy Policy for the rest.

06Carriers and Delivery

Supported on major U.S. carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage, so do not rely on texts for time-critical decisions — everything your Agent texts you is also available in Power Underwriter.

07Changes

We may update these SMS Terms. The effective date above shows the current version. If a change affects what we text you, we will tell you in the application before it takes effect, and you can opt out at any time.
